Welcome to Awakening Eve. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of any digital products, self-paced courses, memberships or coaching services offered by Awakening Eve.
By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Awakening Eve
Awakening Eve provides educational resources designed to support personal growth, self-awareness and healthier relationships through digital products, online courses, memberships and coaching.
All products and services are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.
2. Digital Products
Digital products include (but are not limited to):
- eBooks
- Printable workbooks
- Guided meditations
- Downloadable resources
Once payment has been successfully processed, access to digital products is provided immediately.
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
3. Self-Paced Courses
Course purchases include lifetime access unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase grants access for your personal use only.
Course materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced or resold.
Awakening Eve reserves the right to update course content to improve the learning experience.
4. Membership
Membership benefits may change over time as the community evolves.
You may cancel your membership at any time.
If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
5. 1:1 Coaching
Coaching sessions are designed to support personal growth and self-awareness.
They are not therapy, counselling, psychological treatment or crisis intervention.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, please seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
6. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Coaching appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited.
Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergencies.
7. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
The price displayed at checkout is the price you will pay.
8. Payment
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Awakening Eve does not store your payment information.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to course materials, refunds are generally not available for:
- Digital downloads
- Online courses
- Guided meditations
Coaching refunds will be considered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Awakening Eve remains the intellectual property of Evelyn Ridgeway trading as Awakening Eve.
This includes:
- Courses
- Workbooks
- eBooks
- Meditations
- Videos
- Worksheets
- Website content
- Images created for the business
You may not:
- reproduce materials
- share downloads
- upload content elsewhere
- resell products
- copy course content
without written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the website
- interfere with website security
- share your login details
- distribute purchased materials
- engage in unlawful behaviour while using our services
12. Limitation of Liability
Awakening Eve provides educational resources intended to support personal development.
We make no guarantees regarding individual outcomes or personal results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awakening Eve is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or its products and services.
