Membership Terms & Conditions
Welcome to The Aligned Community, an online personal growth community provided by Awakening Eve.
These Membership Terms & Conditions explain how your membership works, including recurring payments, cancellation, community access and use of membership materials.
By purchasing a membership to The Aligned Community, you agree to these terms.
Membership fee
Membership is currently A$14.95 per month, unless you join using an authorised promotional offer.
Your subscription is recurring and will continue to be charged at the applicable membership rate until you cancel.
Promotional Offers
From time to time, Awakening Eve may offer introductory or promotional pricing. The terms and duration of an offer will be provided when the offer is made.
Where a discount applies only to the first payment, subsequent payments will automatically return to the standard membership price unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Payhip account.
Cancellation prevents future subscription charges. You will continue to have access to The Aligned Community until the end of your current paid membership period, after which access to the private Facebook group and members-only content will end.
Refunds
Refund requests will be considered in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Private Facebook Group
Access to the private Facebook group is available only while your membership is active.
Membership of the group is personal and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
Awakening Eve reserves the right to remove a member who seriously or repeatedly breaches the Community Guidelines.
Community Conduct
Members are expected to communicate respectfully and contribute to an environment that supports privacy, safety and constructive discussion.
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, abusive behaviour, unsolicited promotion, solicitation of other members, or sharing another member’s personal information outside the community is not permitted.
Confidentiality
Members are asked to respect the privacy of others. Personal stories, comments, screenshots and identifying information shared by other members within the community must not be reproduced or shared outside the group without that person’s permission.
While Awakening Eve establishes these expectations, complete confidentiality within an online community cannot be guaranteed.
Educational Nature of the Community
The Aligned Community provides educational information, personal-development resources, reflection and peer community support.
Participation is not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, crisis support, legal advice or other professional services appropriate to an individual’s circumstances.
Members remain responsible for their own decisions, wellbeing and for seeking appropriate professional support when required.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, resources, written content, exercises, recordings, graphics and other materials provided by Awakening Eve remain the intellectual property of Awakening Eve.
Membership materials are provided for your personal use and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, taught or republished without permission.
Changes to the Community
The content, format, schedule and features of The Aligned Community may evolve over time. Where a significant change materially affects a member’s subscription, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
Ending Membership for Conduct
Awakening Eve may suspend or terminate access where a member seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms or the Community Guidelines. Any rights the member has under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
